Domain Zoo is an aggressive multicolor deck curving Ragavan into Territorial Kavu and Scion of Draco while backing it up with cheap interaction like Consign to Memory and Lightning Bolt, so High Noon's one-spell-per-turn cap disrupts their ability to both develop the board and hold up interaction. Mystical Dispute is a cheap answer to their Consign to Memory or Stubborn Denial in counter wars, or a generic soft counter against Scion of Draco or Territorial Kavu. Spell Snare is weak since few of their key threats sit at exactly two mana, and Tune the Narrative is too passive against a deck that wants to race quickly, so we prioritize proactive disruption instead.
