Consign to Memory is excellent against Storm, cheaply countering colorless spells and its replicate mode can snipe multiple pieces or triggered abilities like Ral, Monsoon Mage's flip trigger in one cast. Mystical Dispute counters their blue spells (Manamorphose, Valakut Awakening) for {U} and anything else for {3}, giving efficient interaction against their combo pieces. Orim's Chant only stops them from casting spells for a turn but doesn't remove resources already in play or graveyard for Past in Flames, making it weaker than dedicated counterspells; Prismatic Ending is largely dead since they run almost no relevant permanents to exile besides Ral. Keep Counterspell, Spell Snare, and Narset's static ability to disrupt their card draw plan as your core interaction package.
