Amulet Titan wants Amulet of Vigor to untap its bounce-lands and bloom into Urza's Saga or Primeval Titan on turn two or three; Damping Sphere shuts off any land that would tap for two-plus mana, which cripples both Urza's Saga's later chapters and their explosive mana turns. Haywire Mite can exile Amulet of Vigor itself before it untaps their tapped-lands package, taking away the core enabler of their whole plan. Keep your maindeck removal for Primeval Titan once it resolves; the cuts are situational one-mana answers that don't interact with their land-based combo.
