Living End suspends its namesake sorcery to exile all creature cards from their graveyard and put them onto the battlefield, and also cycles Street Wraith along the way to fill the yard. Rest in Peace is our best answer, since exiling their graveyard on entry and continuously afterward removes every creature Living End would otherwise return, effectively turning it into a dead suspended spell. Mystical Dispute lets us cheaply counter their evoked Subtlety, a blue creature spell, before it can disrupt our plan. We trim single-target removal and excess lands, since the matchup is decided by disrupting their graveyard plan rather than combat.
