Consign to Memory can stop triggered abilities like Ghalta's or Atraxa's ETB triggers or Xenagos's combat trigger if they land a payoff. Spell Snare provides another efficient counter specifically targeting their key two-mana combo spell, Neoform. Board out slow lands and narrow removal to make room for the extra counterspells.
