Nihil Spellbomb gives us a way to exile their graveyard in response to Emperor of Bones or Overlord of the Balemurk recursion, taking away the cards those engines want to find. It can also be cashed in for a card if we pay {B} when it hits our graveyard. Dreams of Steel and Oil strips a key creature like a Solitude or Witch Enchanter from hand while also exiling a creature or artifact card from their graveyard, so it hits two targets at once against their grindy value shell. We leave Grafdigger's Cage in the sideboard: it doesn't stop blink effects like Flickerwisp, Phelia, or Ephemerate, since those return permanents from exile. It doesn't stop Emperor of Bones either, because that puts creatures onto the battlefield from exile. It would also stop us from casting Detective's Phoenix from the graveyard or escaping Nethergoyf. One Lightning Bolt is trimmed because their blink effects such as Ephemerate let creatures dodge a 3-damage answer, and one Street Wraith comes out as a slow five-mana body in a matchup where we want cheaper, more targeted disruption.
