This BR graveyard-aggro deck is very similar to Rakdos Delirium, relying on Nethergoyf, Detective's Phoenix, and Street Wraith cycling to fuel delirium. Surgical Extraction strips a key graveyard piece like Stitcher's Supplier or Street Wraith entirely, slowing their card-type accumulation. Boseiju, Who Endures adds flexibility as a land that can destroy a problematic nonbasic land. High Noon remains strong against their low-curve plan, so it stays in while Pawpatch Formation has nothing worthwhile to hit.
