Devoted Combo wants to assemble Devoted Druid plus a mana sink like Vizier of Remedies or Agatha's Soul Cauldron to generate infinite mana and then close with Craterhoof Behemoth, so Engineered Explosives set appropriately can answer Agatha's Soul Cauldron or small dorks like Delighted Halfling and Birds of Paradise. Toxic Deluge is a flexible sweeper that can clear their mana dorks (Devoted Druid, Delighted Halfling, Birds of Paradise) before they go off. Sheoldred's Edict is narrow since it only removes one permanent and this deck plays multiple redundant pieces, and Flow State is too slow against a combo deck racing to assemble infinite mana. Keep Thoughtseize and Fatal Push in to proactively strip or kill Devoted Druid, Vizier of Remedies, or Agatha's Soul Cauldron before the combo comes online.
