Mystical Dispute is at its best against their blue spells (Quantum Riddler, Kaito, Teferi), where it costs just {U}; their white and black spells like Ephemerate, Flickerwisp, and Solitude get no discount, so it's a clunky three-mana soft counter against those. Dress Down is a one-turn effect, since it's sacrificed at the beginning of the end step. While it's out, it shuts off Flickerwisp's and Witch Enchanter's enter-the-battlefield triggers and Phelia's attack trigger, which is strong disruption against a blink-centric deck, and it replaces itself with a card when it enters. Remember it also strips the abilities from your own creatures. Spell Snare only hits their two-mana-value spells (Phelia, Orcish Bowmasters, Emperor of Bones) and misses key cards like Solitude, Overlord of the Balemurk, and Flickerwisp, so it's trimmed; keep Thoughtseize, Fatal Push, and Orcish Bowmasters as the core disruption plan against their creature-heavy shell.
