Amulet Titan relies heavily on bounce lands, Urza's Saga, and Simic Growth Chamber to accelerate into Primeval Titan and Scapeshift, so Field of Ruin is excellent, both denying a key nonbasic and disrupting their mana development. Consign to Memory denies their ramp by countering Primeval Titan's land-fetching triggered ability before those lands reach the battlefield. Since Amulet Titan's graveyard usage is minimal, Surgical Extraction is too narrow to be worth a slot.
