Boros Energy is a fast aggressive deck full of small attackers like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Ocelot Pride tokens, and Voice of Victory's Warrior tokens, so Ensnaring Bridge is very strong at shutting down their attack step once our hand is low. Surgical Extraction is less impactful against a low-synergy aggro shell.
