Extirpate strips copies of Emrakul, the Promised End or Sowing Mycospawn before they can be recast, complementing our maindeck Surgical Extraction. Crypt Incursion is largely dead since few of their creatures die in ways that matter to us, so we trade it and one Surgical Extraction for these more proactive answers.
