Neobrand wants to chain Summoner's Pact and Eldritch Evolution or Neoform into a fast Griselbrand or Atraxa, Grand Unifier, so Thought-Knot Seer is premium here — it can strip their combo piece or a protection spell like Veil of Summer straight out of hand while its 4/4 body blocks their small green creatures. Endurance disrupts any delve fodder they've already committed to the graveyard and adds another flash blocker against Hooting Mandrills. Dismember answers Hooting Mandrills before it connects, though it won't be enough against Griselbrand or Atraxa once they land. Prioritize disrupting their combo turn over grinding, since letting them resolve a payoff creature is usually game over.
