Amulet Titan depends on library manipulation via Summoner's Pact, Green Sun's Zenith, and Scapeshift, so Ashiok, Dream Render's static ability shutting off opponents' searches is a severe blow to their entire engine. Surgical Extraction can strip a critical piece like Primeval Titan or Scapeshift once it's in a graveyard. Day's Undoing is risky since it can hand them a fresh seven cards and a new shot at assembling their combo, and Consign to Memory is narrow against their mostly green and land-based gameplan, since it only hits colorless spells and triggered abilities. Keep Teferi, Time Raveler in: it limits them to casting spells at sorcery speed, so they can't cast an instant like Summoner's Pact at instant speed on our turn. Teferi does not stop Summoner's Pact's upkeep payment, though, because that is a delayed triggered ability rather than a spell being cast.
