Meltdown for X=2 blows up Mind Stone, Expedition Map, and Chalice of the Void (which always has a mana value of 0 on the battlefield), all at once. Wear // Tear's Wear half is another way to pick off Chalice of the Void or Mind Stone if Meltdown isn't available. Thoughtseize taken early can strip Karn, the Great Creator or a key artifact before it locks you out. Mutagenic Growth and Violent Urge are cut since this matchup is won by punching through their mana disruption rather than combat tricks.
