Neobrand is a combo deck using Summoner's Pact to find Allosaurus Rider and sacrificing it to Eldritch Evolution or Neoform to cheat out a game-ending creature like Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant or Griselbrand. Thoughtseize is your best tool to strip Allosaurus Rider or a Pact before they can chain into their payoff, and it also catches Pact of Negation protecting the combo. Surgical Extraction can exile a card like Allosaurus Rider once it hits the graveyard (such as via Thoughtseize), cutting off their access to the rest of their copies. Mutagenic Growth and Violent Urge don't do much to stop a combo kill, so they're cut for proactive disruption.
