Consign to Memory has narrow but real targets here: it counters colorless spells and triggered abilities. That covers the Isochron Scepter spell itself and, most usefully, Solitude's enter-the-battlefield trigger, including when it is evoked. Its Replicate cost lets us copy it to hit multiple targets in a turn. It cannot counter Narset, Parter of Veils or Teferi, Time Raveler, since those are colored spells, and it does not stop Isochron Scepter activations, because those are activated abilities. Mystical Dispute costs only {U} against their many blue spells like Jace, the Mind Sculptor or Teferi, Time Raveler, and counters them unless they pay {3}. Tormod's Crypt is nearly dead since Esper Control has minimal graveyard reliance, so it's cut along with Claws of Gix for cheap interaction against their key spells and triggers.
