Consign to Memory's Replicate mode is extremely strong against Ruby Storm, since it can counter multiple colorless or triggered-ability spells in a single turn as they chain rituals toward lethal, and it's a hard counter rather than a tax effect so it isn't beaten by mana floating. Vexing Bauble counters any spell they cast for free, which doesn't apply to their ritual-heavy plan directly but punishes any Manamorphose-style free spells (note Manamorphose does cost mana, so this is more about catching true alternate-cost spells); keep in mind most of their spells are paid for, so Bauble's upside here is limited but still occasionally relevant. Salvage Titan and Claws of Gix are far too slow and reactive against a combo deck racing to kill us before turn 4, so they're cut for more interaction.
