Amulet Titan wants to untap lands entering tapped with Amulet of Vigor or have lands enter untapped with Spelunking before chaining Primeval Titan or Scapeshift, so Kolaghan's Command's artifact-destruction mode picks off Amulet of Vigor before it can enable their ramp, and the discard mode can force a discard on their combo turn. Engineered Explosives clears their Eldrazi Spawn tokens at zero mana and small utility creatures like Arboreal Grazer for one mana. Force of Despair whiffs since Amulet Titan's key engine pieces are mostly noncreatures like lands and artifacts, and Essence Flux does nothing, so both leave. Keep Force of Negation up on their combo turn to counter Scapeshift or Summoner's Pact.
