BR shares Rakdos Delirium's graveyard-centric, low-curve plan built around Stitcher's Supplier, Street Wraith, Mishra's Bauble, and Nethergoyf, so Hidetsugu Consumes All sweeps their one-mana-value permanents on chapter one and exiles all graveyards on chapter two, devastating their escape and delirium synergies at once. Surgical Extraction removes a key recursive or graveyard piece like Nethergoyf for good, and Thoughtseize proactively takes their best card before they can deploy it. Flame of Anor is too slow against this aggressive, disruptive curve, Force of Negation is weak when they aren't relying on one key spell, and Sheoldred's Edict is unreliable with so many disposable cheap creatures to sacrifice instead of real threats.
