Domain Zoo is an aggressive deck that runs a handful of blue spells (Quantum Riddler, Stubborn Denial, Spell Pierce) alongside removal like Leyline Binding. Mystical Dispute is a flexible counter that costs just {U} against those blue spells, and Consign to Memory counters Scion of Draco (a colorless spell) as well as triggered abilities from Ragavan, Territorial Kavu, Quantum Riddler and Leyline Binding. Fatal Push kills Ragavan, Wild Nacatl and Territorial Kavu (mana value 2, no revolt needed), but even with revolt, which only raises its ceiling from 2 to 4, it can't touch Scion of Draco (mana value 12) or Quantum Riddler (mana value 5). Their deck is built to race rather than durdle, so you want proactive counters over reactive removal that lets them keep attacking. Spell Snare only counters spells with mana value 2, so it hits Territorial Kavu and Tribal Flames but never Leyline Binding, whose mana value stays 6 despite its domain cost reduction. Cut those copies for the more broadly useful Consign to Memory. Keep Lightning Bolt and Sheoldred's Edict since they answer their key one- and two-drops and Scion of Draco respectively.
