Surgical Extraction can exile a card like Overlord of the Balemurk or Phelia from their graveyard once one hits it, and takes the remaining copies from their hand and library too, denying repeated value. Spell Snare only hits spells with mana value exactly 2 (Bowmasters, Emperor of Bones, Phelia) and misses Thoughtseize, Ephemerate, Fatal Push and their 3+ drops like Flickerwisp, Quantum Riddler and Solitude, so it is the least flexible counter here, and Lightning Bolt struggles against their small bodies that can dodge removal via flicker, so both are trimmed. Keep Sheoldred's Edict for bigger threats like Solitude and Flickerwisp, and keep Fatal Push for their 2-drops (Bowmasters, Emperor of Bones, Phelia) and, with revolt off a fetchland, Flickerwisp.
