Rakdos Delirium relies heavily on its graveyard for Nethergoyf, Moonshadow, Street Wraith cycling, and delirium thresholds, so Surgical Extraction and Nihil Spellbomb are strong tools to strip key graveyard pieces and disrupt their delirium count. Break the Ice can destroy a key nonbasic land or, overloaded, blow up their whole manabase in a pinch against a deck with several fetches and shocks, though it's mana-intensive so keep it as a situational include. Lightning Bolt struggles against Moonshadow (7/7) and Nethergoyf once delirium is online, and Spell Snare misses most of their curve (Thoughtseize is 1, Lightning Bolt is 1, Flare of Malice is 4), so trim both for graveyard disruption. Keep Fatal Push and Sheoldred's Edict as your primary removal since they answer their early creatures and token-less threats efficiently.
