Consign to Memory stops their Ephemerate/Faithful Mending triggers-adjacent plays are limited, but crucially it counters Goryo's Vengeance's reanimation only if cast as a colorless spell (it isn't, so this mainly answers their colorless spells like nothing here) — its real value is countering triggered abilities from Atraxa or Solitude's enter-the-battlefield exile trigger before it removes your Archon. Mystical Dispute is efficient, cheap counter magic against their many blue spells including Force of Negation, Preordain, and their own Consign to Memory. Quantum Riddler and extra Thought Scour are cut since this is a mirror-ish grindy matchup where proactive disruption and countering their reanimation targets matters more than card selection. Keep Thoughtseize maxed to strip Goryo's Vengeance or Atraxa before they land.
