Living End suspends its namesake sorcery and relies on triggered evoke abilities (Endurance, Subtlety) and cascade triggers from Shardless Agent and Violent Outburst; Consign to Memory can counter those triggered abilities, including the Living End suspend trigger itself when it resolves off the suspend mechanic. Surgical Extraction is strong to strip a copy of Living End from their graveyard once it's been discarded or has resolved, cutting off future recursion or rebuys of their key combo piece. Thought Scour does nothing productive against a deck this fast, and Spell Pierce is weak here since Spell Pierce can only target noncreature spells and cannot target creature spells cast via evoke (such as Endurance and Subtlety), while against noncreature spells cast via suspend they can usually pay the {2} tax anyway, making it a low-impact inclusion. Keep Thoughtseize and Fatal Push to proactively strip their combo pieces or kill their creatures, including Shardless Agent once it resolves, before it can attack or block.
