Eldrazi Tron is a slower big-mana mirror built around Karn, the Great Creator and Ugin, Eye of the Storms backed by Devourer of Destiny and Sowing Mycospawn. Disruptor Flute is best named on Karn, the Great Creator: it makes each recast cost {3} more and stops Karn's +1 and -2 from being activated, since those are non-mana activated abilities. Flute on Ugin, Eye of the Storms taxes casting it by {3} and, once it resolves, also stops its non-mana loyalty abilities (+2 and -11). Ugin's cast trigger and its 'whenever you cast a colorless spell' trigger are triggered abilities, so Flute does not stop them once it is on the battlefield. The extra Dismember stays on the bench: its -5/-5 does not kill a 6/6 Devourer of Destiny or a 10/10 Ulamog, so it is a poor fit here. Cut two Sowing Mycospawn, since the games go long and you would rather spend slots on taxing their key permanents than on redundant copies of your own slow top end against an opponent doing the same thing.
