Trinisphere is enormous against Neobrand's entire plan since Summoner's Pact, Pact of Negation, and Veil of Summer all become taxed to three mana, and their combo turn typically wants to chain several zero and one-mana spells in one turn. Grafdigger's Cage stops any creatures cheated into play via Allosaurus Rider-fueled Neoform or Eldritch Evolution chains from being relevant if they get exiled, and disrupts their graveyard-based lines. Nature's Claim is mostly a dead card against this build since they run few artifacts or enchantments worth targeting, but is kept as flexible cheap interaction; prioritize protecting your own combo turn and racing since they can also close games fast with Ghalta or Craterhoof Behemoth. Boseiju and Sowing Mycospawn have weak targets here so they rotate out for the taxing effects.
