Sanctifier en-Vec's replacement effect for dying black/red permanents is mostly irrelevant against Living End's green/blue/red core outside red, but critically its graveyard-exile ETB and replacement effect strip red cards like Violent Outburst and red creatures from their yard, which can disrupt cascade-adjacent lines, and since Street Wraith is black, Sanctifier fully exiles it when cycled and from the graveyard; still, its body blocks their 2/2s and 3/3s well. Pithing Needle can name Street Wraith to shut off its cycling ability, slowing their suspend enabler. We cut slow filler (Forge Anew, Meticulous Archive, Ornithopter) for more proactive bodies and disruption since Living End wants to dump its hand and flip the board, and we need to race or disrupt before that happens.
