Living End casts its namesake sorcery to exile creatures from graveyards and put them onto the battlefield, so the best answer is proactive disruption: Thoughtseize taken early can strip protection like Force of Negation, or a key Shardless Agent. Nihil Spellbomb stops Living End by exiling target player's graveyard before it resolves so there are no creature cards to return, while also shutting down their graveyard value from Street Wraith and Waker of Waves. Fatal Push is weak here since their real threats arrive already in play off the Living End trigger, so trim it along with Marauding Mako, which is too fragile to race their reanimated Oliphaunt and Waker of Waves. Play around Subtlety putting your key creature spells on top or bottom of your library when sequencing Hollow One or Nethergoyf.
