Domain Zoo's key interactive pieces (Stubborn Denial, Fatal Push via revolt, Lightning Bolt) are cheap and colorless-costed spells are nonexistent for them, but Consign to Memory's replicate mode still reliably counters their triggered abilities like Psychic Frog's card draw trigger and Territorial Kavu's attack trigger, while Galvanic Discharge's energy payoff damage is too small to reliably kill their efficient threats like Scion of Draco or a pumped Psychic Frog, so it's cut. High Noon slows their aggressive curve of Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer into Psychic Frog into Territorial Kavu by limiting them to one spell per turn, buying crucial time. Prismatic Ending comes out since their threats often exceed what you can reliably exile with limited colors, and Leyline Binding is the better flexible exile effect already in the mainboard. Teferi, Time Raveler remains key to shutting off Stubborn Denial and Leyline Binding activations at instant speed on your turn.
