Eldrazi Tron relies on nonbasic utility lands (Urza's Tower, Urza's Mine, Urza's Power Plant, Eldrazi Temple, Ugin's Labyrinth) and cheap artifacts like Expedition Map and Talisman of Curiosity, so Boseiju, Who Endures is a premium include, both as a land and as Channel removal to destroy a key Tron land or an artifact such as Trinisphere or Giant's Boulder. Note that Boseiju can't hit Karn, the Great Creator, since Karn is a planeswalker and not an artifact, enchantment, or nonbasic land. Brotherhood's End sweeps their artifact mana rocks (Talisman of Curiosity, Expedition Map, Giant's Boulder) at mana value 3 or less, disrupting their ramp plan significantly. Prismatic Ending and High Noon are cut since this is a grindy ramp matchup where we want proactive disruption of their mana rather than slow, one-for-one white removal or a spell-limiting effect that doesn't stop big mana. Keep Leyline Binding to exile big threats like Devourer of Destiny, Emrakul, the Promised End, Ugin, Eye of the Storms, or Karn, the Great Creator before they take over the game. Galvanic Discharge deals at most 3 damage, so it is best saved for smaller targets like Sowing Mycospawn rather than their 6/6 or 13/13 finishers.
