The combo needs Blade of the Bloodchief attached to Basking Broodscale plus a steady stream of Eldrazi Spawn tokens; Brotherhood's End kills Broodscale, Glaring Fleshraker, and any Spawn tokens outright with 3 damage, and its second mode can blow up Blade of the Bloodchief itself as a mana value 1 artifact. Surgical Extraction can strip a second Blade of the Bloodchief or Urza's Saga copy from their deck once you see one in a graveyard or discard pile, cutting off their only way to rebuild the engine. High Noon isn't well-positioned since their combo turn isn't about casting many spells, so it's the easiest cut alongside the excess Kaya's Guile. Keep Prismatic Ending and Leyline Binding ready to answer Blade of the Bloodchief or an equipped Broodscale before the loop starts; both only hit nonland permanents, so they can't answer Urza's Saga.
