Izzet Prowess is a low-to-the-ground tempo deck full of cheap cantrips and burn. Consign to Memory counters triggered abilities, so it answers prowess triggers, Slickshot Show-Off's pump, Dragon's Rage Channeler's surveil and Cori-Steel Cutter's flurry trigger, and it also stops the colorless Mishra's Bauble. Replicate lets you add copies when several triggers are on the stack. Their sweepable board of small creatures and cheap artifacts makes Brotherhood's End a good fit: its 3 damage kills Dragon's Rage Channeler, Monastery Swiftspear, Slickshot Show-Off and Monk tokens, or you can destroy Mishra's Bauble and Cori-Steel Cutter instead. Mind your own Wrenn and Six and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker's Goblin when you use the damage mode. Teferi, Time Raveler is too slow and gets pressured by their hasty attackers and burn before it matters against a deck this fast, so it comes out along with the clunkier Kaya's Guile. Prioritize Galvanic Discharge and Leyline Binding to answer Dragon's Rage Channeler and Slickshot Show-Off before they get out of hand.
