Rakdos Delirium leans on graveyard synergies like Nethergoyf and Detective's Phoenix's bestow-from-graveyard; Surgical Extraction strips a key enabler like Stitcher's Supplier or a copy of Nethergoyf once it hits the graveyard, disrupting their delirium plan. Flow State smooths our draws in this grindy matchup against their efficient removal (Lightning Bolt, Flare of Malice) and discard (Thoughtseize). Spell Pierce and Spell Snare are weaker since they run proactive discard and cheap removal rather than many counterable 2-mana noncreature spells. Keep Counterspell and our removal suite, since Unholy Heat scales up with delirium to answer bigger threats like Moonshadow and Nethergoyf.
