Mono-Green Eldrazi's plan runs through colorless mana and colorless threats: Urza's Saga, Eldrazi Temple and Ugin's Labyrinth for mana, plus Emrakul and Devourer of Destiny up top. Many of its key spells are colorless, which makes Consign to Memory a cheap answer to Basking Broodscale, Sowing Mycospawn, Kozilek's Command, Emrakul and Devourer of Destiny, and it can also counter their cast triggers. Unholy Heat answers Basking Broodscale and other small creatures cheaply, scaling to 6 damage once we hit delirium. Mutagenic Growth and Violent Urge are weak since this matchup is a grindy mana-and-card-advantage war rather than a combat-trick race.
