Goryo's Vengeance wants to discard Atraxa or Griselbrand and reanimate it the same turn, so Soul-Guide Lantern is a proactive way to exile their graveyard before the Goryo's Vengeance trigger even resolves. Force of Negation and Consign to Memory give you free or cheap ways to counter the reanimation spell itself or a key enabler like Ephemerate, which is critical since they also carry their own Consign to Memory and Force of Negation to protect their combo. Metallic Rebuke is too slow against a deck that can win on turn 2-3, so it's cut for more targeted graveyard and combo disruption. Be proactive with graveyard hate before they commit to the graveyard, since answering the reanimated threat after the fact is much harder.
