Rest in Peace is devastating against their Flickerwisp/Phelia/Witch Enchanter blink shell and shuts off Overlord of the Balemurk's mill-and-return engine, though note it also exiles our own graveyard so sequence carefully around our Seasoned Pyromancer flashback and Solitude evoke timing. Wrath of the Skies sweeps their small creatures like Orcish Bowmasters tokens and Phelia before they can generate value. Ephemerate is redundant with their own blink theme working against ours in a topdeck war, and Voice of Victory's tokens die easily to their Fatal Push/removal-heavy plan, so trim both for the anti-blink package. Keep Solitude and Ranger-Captain of Eos as they're premium against their grindy value creatures.
