Rest in Peace is the single best card against Goryo's Vengeance, since it stops the reanimation spell from targeting their graveyard entirely and also shuts off Psychic Frog's graveyard-exile flying activation. Consign to Memory counters triggered abilities of any color, making Quantum Riddler's enter-the-battlefield draw trigger fully targetable, and can be held up cheaply; keep the count modest since most of their deck (Thoughtseize, Solitude, Force of Negation) is colored. Ephemerate and Goblin Bombardment are the weakest cards against a deck not looking to grind combat, since they want to resolve Goryo's Vengeance or Atraxa rather than fight on the ground. Sequence Rest in Peace before they get Griselbrand or Atraxa into the graveyard for Goryo's Vengeance targets.
