Rest in Peace disrupts Agatha's Soul Cauldron and graveyard synergies (such as Fiend Artisan). Day's Undoing is too slow and symmetrically helps a combo deck reload, and Counterspell is often too narrow/expensive versus their explosive one-turn combo draws compared to proactive sweepers.
