This is a mirror-ish matchup where Wrath of the Skies lets us sweep their board of small creatures and tokens (Cat Warriors, Elementals, Goblin Shamans) while leaving our own bigger threats if we pay less energy, giving us a tempo swing. High Noon slows down their explosive multi-spell turns from Seasoned Pyromancer and Fable of the Mirror-Breaker. Galvanic Discharge is less necessary since both decks race similarly and spreading energy thin across many small threats is inefficient, while Thraben Charm's damage mode scales worse than a sweeper against their wide boards.
