BR Graveyard is very similar to Rakdos Delirium, leaning on Stitcher's Supplier, Street Wraith, and Nethergoyf's escape to fuel its graveyard plan, so Rest in Peace is a near-blowout exiling their graveyard the moment it hits. Ashiok, Dream Render compounds this by denying fetchland searches and milling/exiling further graveyard resources. High Noon punishes their low curve aggression, restricting them to one spell per turn against a hand full of cheap interaction and threats. Teferi is weaker since they run almost no artifacts/enchantments/creatures worth bouncing, and Wrath of the Skies is less needed against a deck of efficient one-for-ones rather than a wide board.
