Esper Blink relies heavily on colorless-cost-free triggers and value creatures like Flickerwisp and Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd, making Consign to Memory strong for countering their Ephemerate and blink-related triggered abilities as well as colorless spells. Rest in Peace disrupts Overlord of the Balemurk's mill-and-recursion engine and denies flashback value from Faithful Mending-adjacent strategies, while also shutting down their own Solitude and Emperor of Bones recursion. Orim's Chant is weak here since it doesn't stop instant-speed Solitude or Orcish Bowmasters triggers already active on the battlefield, so cut it for more proactive disruption. Keep Teferi, Time Raveler and Narset, Parter of Veils in as premium pieces that shut off their flash creatures and card draw from Overlord of the Balemurk and Quantum Riddler, since tempo and resolving your own threats under their disruption is the core plan.
