Rest in Peace is a strong hate piece against Esper GenericBlink's Ephemerate/Flickerwisp/Phelia blink shells by exiling the graveyard and preventing any graveyard recursion like Overlord of the Balemurk's return-from-graveyard ability, while not stopping the blink triggers themselves since those don't use the graveyard. Teferi, Time Raveler is excellent, shutting down their own Teferi and Orcish Bowmasters flash interaction at instant speed by forcing sorcery-speed only, and bouncing a problematic Overlord of the Balemurk or Witch Enchanter. Thraben Charm's damage mode and Galvanic Discharge are both too small to matter against their bigger bodies like Overlord of the Balemurk, so they're trimmed for the higher-impact disruption. Keep Solitude and our own Ephemerate package intact since this mirror-ish matchup rewards efficient value creatures.
