Neobrand is a combo deck that wants to chain Summoner's Pact and Eldritch Evolution/Neoform into a fast Griselbrand or Atraxa, Grand Unifier, and it runs its own Consign to Memory and Mystical Dispute as protection, so Mystical Dispute is a cheap way to fight through their counter-magic or answer their blue spells. Spell Snare picks off their two-mana enablers like Neoform. Keep your Counterspell and Teferi, Time Raveler as premium disruption against their combo turn, since Teferi shuts off instant-speed interaction like Pact of Negation by restricting opponents to casting spells only at sorcery speed. Cut Consult the Star Charts and Day's Undoing since they don't interact with the combo and you need live answers instead.
