BR is nearly identical to Rakdos Delirium: a creature-and-removal-based graveyard deck, but it runs more artifacts and enchantments than it first appears to: Mishra's Bauble, plus Detective's Phoenix and Fear of Missing Out, which are enchantment creatures. Force of Vigor comes in as a cheap, instant-speed answer to those, destroying up to two artifacts and/or enchantments. It can be cast for free on the opponent's turn by exiling a green card from hand. It replaces Curator of Mysteries, which underperforms against their removal-dense, aggressive gameplan. Force of Negation stays in since it can counter their noncreature spells such as Thoughtseize, Flare of Malice, Lightning Bolt and Mishra's Bauble, and cutting our interaction further risks falling too far behind on board. This is largely a race where resolving Living End ahead of their clock matters more than sideboarding.
