Azorius GenericBlink is a grindy value engine built around Ephemerate looping ETB creatures like Quantum Riddler, Phelia, and Witch Enchanter, so disrupting their hand early is the priority — Thoughtseize should target Ephemerate, Teferi Time Raveler, Solitude, or Quantum Riddler depending on what will slow them down most. Wear // Tear is our best answer to Witch Enchanter (an enchantment creature that generates ongoing value) and can also answer artifact-based sideboard hate they may bring in. Wrath of the Skies gives us a clean answer when they go wide with Guide of Souls and Ocelot Pride tokens that we can't profitably trade through. High Noon as an enchantment limits them to one spell per turn, which sharply curtails Ephemerate-based value loops and forces them to choose between progressing their board or protecting it. Chthonian Nightmare, Voice of Victory, and Ranger-Captain are too slow or too situational for a matchup where tempo and disruption matter more than incremental value.
