Eldrazi Tron wants to ramp into Karn, the Great Creator, Ugin, Eye of the Storms, and big Eldrazi off Urza's Mine, Urza's Power Plant, and Urza's Tower. Trinisphere makes their cheap enablers like Expedition Map and Talisman of Curiosity cost three mana and disrupts their sequencing, though it taxes your own cheap spells too, so sequence around it. Nature's Claim is a cheap instant that can destroy their artifacts, such as Giant's Boulder, Talisman of Curiosity, or a Trinisphere. It can't target Karn, the Great Creator, which is a planeswalker, but because it is a spell rather than an activated ability, Karn's static ability doesn't stop it. Karn does shut off activated abilities of your own artifacts, like Haywire Mite and Soul-Guide Lantern. This is a grindy, colorless mirror-style matchup where the one-mana narrow artifacts and the mana rock aren't as impactful as proactive disruption, so trim them for the incoming cards. Keep Kozilek's Command available to exile their Devourer of Destiny with enough mana. Emrakul, the Promised End has protection from instants, so your instant-speed removal can't target it.
