Jeskai Energy is another fetch/shock-heavy three-color deck built around Ragavan, Ocelot Pride, and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah, so Blood Moon again cripples their manabase and denies Quantum Riddler's warp cost flexibility along with hardcasting Solitude. Surgical Extraction strips a key threat like Ragavan or Ocelot Pride after it enters the graveyard. Unholy Heat and Kozilek's Return are cut since their go-wide token plan (Ocelot Pride cats, Voice of Victory warriors) regenerates too easily from a one-time sweep, and Warping Wail's exile mode picks off a 1-power Guide of Souls or Ocelot Pride cheaply while its counter mode stops sorceries like Prismatic Ending, or it can serve as an Eldrazi Scion token maker here.
