Rakdos Delirium is a fast graveyard-fueled aggro deck with Thoughtseize disruption, so we want to maximize our own speed with storm finishers like Grapeshot and Empty the Warrens that can close games before their Nethergoyf and Moonshadow grow out of control. Twinned Vision and one Valakut Awakening are cut since card selection matters less than raw speed here. Their sideboard brings in Unholy Heat, which can hit Ral, Monsoon Mage, and Obsidian Charmaw, a 4/4 flier whose enters trigger destroys a nonbasic land. Since our mana leans on fetchlands and dual lands, keep a basic Mountain available where you can and don't over-rely on a single nonbasic. Race them before delirium turns on and their threats get out of burn range.
