Living End needs creatures sitting in the graveyard when its suspended sorcery resolves, so Rakdos Charm's graveyard-exile mode, used after they've cycled their creatures or in response to a cascade spell but before Living End resolves, can strip away everything they were planning to bring back. Exquisite Firecraft's spell mastery clause dodges counterspells like Force of Negation once you have two instants or sorceries in your graveyard. Chandra's Incinerator is a poor fit here since it gets put on the top or bottom of your library by Subtlety on the stack and is too slow to matter, and one Arena of Glory comes out to keep the curve lean against their disruptive Endurance and Force of Negation.
