Neobrand is an extremely fast combo deck chaining Eldritch Evolution and Neoform through creatures to assemble a lethal board, so Surgical Extraction can strip a key combo piece like Neoform or a sacrificed Allosaurus Rider once it hits their graveyard, exiling all copies from their graveyard, hand, and library. Eidolon of the Great Revel triggers on their low-mana combo spells, but it also exposes you to extra damage when casting your own spells, so it comes out. This matchup is almost entirely a race against their clock — expect them to go off as early as turn 1 or 2, so prioritize maximum damage output over any other consideration. Keep your own curve as low and consistent as possible to close before they combo off.
